Manual labor is work done by hand that's necessary to get the job done. Everyday tasks, elements, and demands that are involved with manual labor is a challenge a lot of people are unfamiliar with. 

I created the Tough Rancher to bring focus to the hard work that goes into manual farm labor, to the work that is done in order to create and provide food and products for essentially the whole World. This challenge was crafted to show you a small portion of a farmer’s everyday missions and give you all the chance to experience that hands on.

CULTURE works with all fitness levels and ages; from junior high students to adults. Considering the body as a whole we envision the big picture, looking beyond food and movement.

"I started strength training with Kindra because I wanted to lose weight and become a healthier ME. I had tried numerous fad diets, cleanses, supplements, you name it, and nothing would get me to where I wanted to be, so I thought I had nothing to lose! Training was challenging at first, but it has become something I look forward to doing every day!

After training with Kindra for a year, I began her Nutrition Coaching. The combination of the two have set me up for great success. I not only have passed my initial goals, but I have created a lifestyle I can live by. I have learned to enjoy healthier foods, and can recognize the difference in how I feel when it comes to what I eat and how my body reacts.

I started in a size 12 pant and I am now in a size 4; I  am smaller than I was in high school!!! I have lost a total of 38 pounds, but my body fat percentage has been the biggest change. I started at 38% body fat, and I am now at 23%! Not only have I gained better physical health, my mental health has most definitely improved as well."

"I started working with Kindra because I wanted to lose weight and become healthier. I had issues (kyphosis) with my back ever since I was a child. While working with Kindra helped strengthen my back, there were still some physical issues that needed corrected.  


In November of 2020 I underwent an extensive back surgery to correct some deterioration issues. After surgery I was still experiencing a lot of pain. I was finally cleared by my surgeon to start working on my nutrition and health in February of 2021. So I invested in Kindra's Nutrition Coaching to get my diet, eating habits, and appetite back on track. I knew a lot of my pain and digestive issues were due to my appetite loss after surgery, and I was more than ready to tackle that and get to feeling better!

I have never felt this good before! I know changing my eating habits have lead to an even better and faster recovery because I was taking in all of the proper nutrients, vitamins, and minerals I needed in order to do so. "Back in March of 2020 I was at the point of-buying new jeans or getting back in shape. I have always been an active person. I love to hike and play tennis, but due to a car accident and then 6 months later a broken collarbone, I had totally moved away from working out. When I finally decided to ‘get back at it’ I was able to go to the gym TWO times before COVID-19 hit...and then my gym closed.

I had met Kindra a few months earlier and when I realized I was going to have to work out at home, I decided that I needed help. My first 3 months with the GYM Factor were at home workouts, designed with the equipment I had at hand. Kindra asked what my goals were, if I had any injuries or physical limitations, and designed a program for me; and that was exactly what I needed to start getting back in shape!

Once the gyms were able to open back up, I opted for a fitness program that pushed me to get up and going on a regular schedule. I can honestly say that this is the first time I’ve ever worked with an off-site trainer, and I am beyond satisfied with the attention and direction I get! Kindra continues to design my program based on my goals, needs and wants; the number of days I wanted to go, areas I wanted to target during my workout, and also added in a few extra's. She sends video of exercise demonstration if I need instructions. I am an individual who likes to write things down and keep things neatly organized, so I love the fact that I have a sheet I fill out during each workout; it is a physical reminder of my own progress and something I send to Kindra weekly to review. Each week she sends feedback and encouragement, and any tweaks I may need to make for the following week.

The progress I have made in the past year is absolutely amazing. I’m heading into my 50th year looking and feeling so much better than I did last year! 10/10, I recommend Kindra and the GYM Factor."
